City receives safety grant

The City of Monticello was recently awarded a safety grant in the amount of $20,400 from the Indiana Public Employers’ Plan (IPEP). The funds will be used to purchase an assisted cot lift for use in ambulances. Presenting the check to city officials is Chris Venters from Harmon-McClintic Insurance Agency.
