Nicole Lockard, 46, of Reynolds, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe and driving while suspended with prior.
Wednesday, Oct. 1
Noah D. Dombrowski, 29, of Monticello, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with prior.
Thursday, Oct. 2
Christine Marie Pennell, 31, of Monticello, was arrested on a charge of theft – less than $750.
Ricardo Santos Gutierrez, 26, of Monon, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed.
Gina Maris Perdue, 35, of Portsmouth, Ohio, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Friday, Oct. 3
Jacob A. Potts, 26, of Monticello, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated – refusal and OWI endangering.
Saturday, Oct. 4
Matthew C. McMichael, 61, of Lafayette, was arrested on a charge of resisting law enforcement.
Bonita S. Stack, 56, of Burnettsville, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
Sunday, Oct. 5
August G. Long, 31, of Owensboro, Ky., was arrested on a charge of sexual battery.
Monday, Oct. 6
Rosa Villapando, 57, of Monticello, was arrested on a charge of dealing in methamphetamine.
Wednesday, Oct. 8
Melecio Zacaria, 44, of Knob Noster, Mo., was arrested on charges of OWI – refusal with prior and OWI endangering.
