Twin Lakes piles up the points against Logansport



 

 

Twin Lakes won the last time they faced Logansport and things went their way on Thursday, Nov. 13, too. The Indians took their contest with ease, bagging a 48-19 victory over the Berries. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Twin Lakes to victory, but perhaps none more so than Crickette Draghici, who posted 12 points and seven rebounds. Those 12 points gave Draghici a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Oliver, who scored 11 points.

Twin Lakes now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Logansport, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Lady Indians lose to Delphi Oracles

If Twin Lakes was riding high fresh off their 48-19 takedown of Logansport on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians took a 47-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Delphi Community Oracles on Saturday. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Oracles from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

 

 

Despite the loss, Twin Lakes still got an impressive performance from Taylor Oliver, who posted 16 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Crickette Draghici, who earned nine points and eight boards.

Twin Lakes’ loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Delphi Community, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Twin Lakes will take on Harrison at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Delphi Community, they will square off against Rossville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Oracles their first taste of in-conference action this season.
