Dylan R. Mroczek
MONTICELLO — Dylan R. Mroczek, an experienced attorney licensed in Indiana and the U.S. Northern and Southern Federal District Courts, announced his campaign for White County Prosecutor, pledging to bring “Real Change, Real Justice” to the office.
“I’m running because the people of White County deserve a prosecutor who will take public safety seriously, enforce the law consistently, and restore trust in the courthouse,” Mroczek said.
Mroczek will focus on holding repeat offenders accountable, expanding transparency and victim support, and combating meth, drug, and property crime that have burdened rural and urban areas alike.
Raised in White County, Mroczek is a 2011 graduate of Twin Lakes High School. Mroczek then earned his B.S. from Ball State University (with honors) and his J.D. from Valparaiso University (graduating early). His legal experience includes civil litigation (in both State and Federal Courts), family law, criminal defense, criminal record expungements, and work with congressional and judicial offices. He is admitted before the Indiana Supreme Court and both federal districts in Indiana.
“White County is my home. I have a deep respect for our traditions, for farmers, small towns, and families. But tradition does not excuse weakness,” he said. “It’s time for a prosecutor who is both tough and fair, someone who leads with integrity, not politics.”
Mroczek will formally launch his campaign with an in-person announcement Nov. 25, at 4 p.m. at Odd Fellows.
