Parade floats lit up the night for the annual Monticello Lighted Christmas Parade Saturday. Parade winners were:The Spirit of twin Lakes Marching band, first place; Ship N Dip, second place and Judge’s Overall Pick; Twin Lakes welding, third; Mel’s Wrecker, Spectacular Sparkles; Twin Lakes High School Robotics – Fearsome Gears, Most Creative; and Amvets Post 91, Mayor’s Choice Award.
